The QTX Multi-Effect DJ Light Bar is a complete, all-in-one portable lighting solution that packs five distinct effects onto a single powered T-bar. With two RGBW PAR wash lights, an RGBW ball effect, a red and green laser, and a combined UV and strobe unit, you get a full-featured light show from one rig - ideal for mobile performers, parties and events.
All five effects are powered from a single IEC mains input, keeping your setup clean and your cable runs to a minimum. Each fixture is angle-adjustable so you can direct washes, beams and effects precisely around the room. The laser delivers a 30mW green diode and 100mW red diode output, while the 24W UV and strobe unit adds atmosphere and energy independently of the other effects. The 12W RGBW ball effect rounds out the rig with the kind of rotating colour coverage that works well in smaller venue spaces.
Control is flexible across four modes. Select auto or sound-activated programs from the rear control panel, link multiple units in a master/slave configuration, use the supplied infra-red remote for quick hands-free adjustment, or connect to a DMX controller via DMX-512 with a choice of 3 or 12-channel operation to suit your setup.
The kit is designed to travel easily. The effects bar weighs 4kg and the stand just 1.3kg, and both pack into their own dedicated carry bags. The telescopic tripod stand extends from 1.8m up to 2.3m, giving you good overhead height in most venue settings, and the 3m IEC lead provides extra flexibility when positioning the rig away from a power source.
