Funki is a set of musical instruments specially designed for users with intellectual and other cognitive disabilities. The instruments come in four different models and each model can be further customised to suit your wishes and needs.

AC is played with two buttons. Each button can be programmed to play a sound or a sequence of sounds. The sounds can either be played in order or in a random sequence.

What is Funki?

Funki is a brand-new tool that makes playing music together accessible. Build confidence, self-esteem and a sense of belonging by exploring your creativity together with others. All Funki instruments are handmade in Sweden from sustainable, locally sourced materials and are designed to be both durable and easy to clean.

How does it work?

The integrated software helps users with the most cognitively advanced aspects of group music playing. The sound is generated inside each instrument, which means that you are not dependent on the app to be able to play.

• Helps users stay in the same key, scale and part of the song composition from the very first try.
• The instruments can make sounds in a variety of ways - you decide in the accompanying app.
• Now you can play together with other Funki instruments or with traditional instruments like piano or guitar. Everything works!

How do the instruments sound?

The instruments come with a web app, where you can choose how the instruments sound from a sound library. The sound library is cleverly built so that all the instruments always sound good together. The instruments connect to your account over WiFi. The app is easy to use and requires no technical expertise!
