A USB/Direct switch adjusts the balance between direct input monitoring and computer playback, making it easy to record new parts alongside an existing session.

The M-Track Duo includes a software bundle to get recordings started immediately. MPC Beats provides a capable DAW for music production and podcasting on Mac and PC, while 80 AIR effect plugins cover the full range of mixing and mastering needs, including reverbs, equalisers, delays and filters.
